1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using services provided by LittleBit Global Limited ("LittleBit", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

LittleBit provides enterprise networking solutions including IP Transit, dedicated servers, cloud infrastructure, and broadband services. Service availability, specifications, and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Payment Terms

All fees are due in accordance with the billing cycle specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur additional charges. We accept credit cards, bank wire transfer, and PayPal.

5. Service Level Agreement

Service uptime guarantees and compensation terms are defined in the applicable SLA for each service. SLA credits must be requested within 30 days of the qualifying incident.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malware, send unsolicited communications, or engage in any activity that disrupts our network or other customers' services.

7. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LittleBit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to suspend services immediately if these terms are violated.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
